MYOB Advanced Workforce Management includes enhanced employee self-service functionality. Employees can go online via a browser or by using the mobile app and view / update details, apply for leave, view payslips, and more.

Notifications can also be configured to notify managers that a leave request is ready for review. Employees also receive a notification once their request has been approved or declined.

Automatically publish rosters to employees and allow employees to see their payslips as soon as they are available.

Reporting

Key reports can be viewed online, removing the need to print. And information can be analysed through one-touch exporting of data to Microsoft Excel.

A set of standard reports provided include pay run summary/detail, pay activity, GL Batch summary/ detail, leave entitlement movements summary/detail and much more.
