Business Development | MYOB Advanced

Axsys is seeking a motivated and passionate sales professional who is focused on delivering innovative business solutions using the MYOB Advanced Cloud ERP platform. 

Recently acquired by MYOB, Axsys will become a key part of MYOB’s Direct Channel and this additional role in Sydney seeks to expand that capability. Learn more here>

You will be responsible for developing and closing new business sales from both MYOB direct and Axsys self-generated opportunities. With a constant stream of opportunities to work with you will need to be able to prioritise your time and effort to maximum effect. Building and maintaining a sales pipeline will require effectively managing client communication and expectation throughout the sales cycle.

You will engage from initial enquiry, through needs assessment, manage product demonstrations and proposal negotiations. Building a genuine and professional relationship with the client through this process will ensure your success.

Working within a motivated and supportive team that includes other experienced BD’s and Account Managers, along with Pre-sales technical support, will ensure you have effective mentoring and support to succeed in the role.

The Offer: Base Salary $80-100k + OTE $100k (uncapped) + Super + Car Allowance.

What do you need to bring:

  • Ability to engage key stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent listening, communication and time management skills
  • Past experience in successful solution or value based selling, ideally within mid-market ERP
  • Ability to work with a Sales Team and Product Specialists to build business solutions
  • Professional presentation and strong negotiation skills along with attention to detail
  • A proven history of achieving or exceeding budgets and meeting KPI’s
  • Familiarisation or previous experience with ERP systems is desirable
  • A passion for all things cloud…….

  • Provide support for clients via phone and/or remote access
  • Action and manage support tasks raised by the client
  • Ability to scope, design and implement custom solutions, including evaluation of business and user process and specifications

ERP Implementation Support Consultant – MYOB Advanced

As an ERP Implementation Support Consultant, you will be supporting the Implementation consulting team to deliver quality ERP projects on time and on budget. Report design, software installation, data cleansing and importing, and technical advice to the consulting group will form just part of your day. Working as part of a team, you will have an eye for detail, and take pride in offering quality solutions. You will have excellent time management and organisation skills. You will be technically savvy. Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft SQL skills and report writing tools will be highly regarded.
